Flash animation is great, but sometimes a picture says even more. To show some examples, I raided the photos taken by my husband—the great, the wonderful (drum roll please) James Tongue. We can use one of his thousands of beautiful images as is or alter them with one of 33 Photoshop filter effects. Any single filter effect can be modified by options, creating a totally different appearance within the same effect. The choices are close to limitless. In addition to samples of his work, I have included a link on the stone column so you can see 14 samples of the available filter effects applied to a single photo.

The majority of the photographs I offer are of northern Colorado, wildlife, cowboys, and horses (hey, I live in the country!). I have some photographs of city scenes, motorcycles, or vintage cars, but getting down into the city is a rare occurrence, so that selection is a bit limited. If you’d like to use your own city or speciality photographs, I can include them in your website if you send a high-pixel digital file or large-image film print (a copy is best). I will then apply the magic Photoshop touch to make them look their very best.
